We call these rules “Terms”, for short. If you use our website or services it means you agree to follow these Terms the laws of the United Arab Emirates and all the rules that apply. Purple Royal Tourism LLC wants to make sure you understand this.

They also have desert safaris which’re really fun. You can even go on a dhow cruise with them. If you need a place to stay they can help you with hotel reservations.. When you get here they can help you get around with local transportation in the United Arab Emirates.

Purple Royal Tourism LLC also helps people from countries with their visas. They give them advice, on what they need to do to get a visa and how to get around the United Arab Emirates. They really want to make sure that everyone has a time when they visit.

The Company is, like a helper that makes things happen. It works with government groups and other companies to provide services to people. The Company does this by coordinating with these government bodies and third-party suppliers so that it can deliver these services.

User Responsibilities & Conduct

When you use our services you must be least 18 years old and have the power to make a legal agreement that is binding.

You have to give us information that’s true and correct and this information must be up, to date.

Our services are to be used for real travel and visa needs.

You will not use our services to do anything that’s not legitimate or to cheat in any way. You will only use our services for travel and visa purposes that’re honest.

Service Fees & Refund Policy

The prices we tell you are, in United Arab Emirates money, which is called UAE Dirhams or AED for short. You have to pay the amount for the things we do for you when you book something or send in your application.

Refund Policy:

Government and third party fees are fees that people pay to places like embassies and consulates. These fees also go to immigration departments and other service providers like when you have to pay a deposit to an airline. The thing, about these fees is that once you start the process or send the payment to the people you cannot get your money back. This is very important to remember when you are dealing with Government and third party fees.

Service Fees:

The service fees for Purple Royal Tourism LLC are not refundable once we start working on your case like when we have a talk with you or begin processing your documents, for Purple Royal Tourism LLC.

Cancellations:

When you cancel a tourism package it is subject, to the rules of the vendor you booked with. They will tell you about these rules when you book your tourism package.

Visa Application Disclaimer

We do not promise that you will get a visa. Our job is to give you advice and help you submit your documents. We do this based on the information that the Client gives us. We are here to help with the process of submitting documents for the visa. The Client is responsible, for making sure the information is correct.

Processing Times & Liability

The people at Purple Royal Tourism LLC give you an idea of how things will take. They look at what happened in the past and what the government’s saying now.. This is just a guess and it can change at any time. This can happen because of government holidays. If the computer system is slow. Sometimes the government changes the rules, for immigrants. That can slow things down too. Purple Royal Tourism LLC is just giving you an estimate. It is based on what they know about Purple Royal Tourism LLC and the work they do.

The Company will not be responsible for any problems you have such as losing money on flight tickets that cannot be refunded or hotel bookings because of delays in getting a visa or decisions made by the government. The Company is not going to pay you for these things. If there are delays in visa processing or the government makes decisions you might have to deal with the consequences, including non-refundable flight tickets or hotel bookings and The Company is not going to be held accountable, for this.

Travel Documents & Eligibility

The Client must make sure they have travel documents, such as passports that are valid for at least 6 months and previous visas. They also need to meet the entry requirements of the place they are going to. Purple Royal Tourism LLC can give them some help. It is up to the Client to make sure they are doing everything correctly. Purple Royal Tourism LLC is not responsible if the Client does not follow the rules. The Client is, in charge of making sure they have everything they need to travel to their destination.

Information Accuracy

The Client is, in charge of making sure all the documents and information they give us are correct. If there is something a fake document or something that is not true it can cause the visa to be denied and there can be legal problems. Purple Royal Tourism LLC can stop providing services without giving back any money if they find out that someone has given information.

Intellectual Property Rights

Everything you see on our website like the writing, pictures, logos and computer programs belongs to Purple Royal Tourism LLC. This stuff is protected by laws in the UAE and around the world that deal with copyrights. You cannot make copies of this stuff change it or share it with others without getting permission, from Purple Royal Tourism LLC in writing.

Data Use & Privacy

We want to keep your information safe. When you give us details through our website or when you talk to us at our service desks we follow the rules that are stated in our Privacy Policy. If you use the services we offer that means you are okay, with us collecting and using your information so we can help you with your travel plans and get the visas you need for travel and visa requirements.

When you use our tourism services we get some things from companies. For example we get flights, hotel stays, insurance and car rentals from them. These other companies have their rules that they follow. Purple Royal Tourism LLC is not responsible, for what these other companies do wrong or if they make mistakes or if they forget to do something or if they are careless.

Notifications & Communication

When you give us your contact information you are saying it is okay for us to send you messages. We will send you these messages by email, SMS or WhatsApp. We want to keep you updated on the status of your service and let you know about things. Sometimes we will also send you offers. If you do not want to get these offers you can tell us to stop sending them to you at any time.

Limitation of Liability

In the United Arab Emirates there are laws that say what we can and cannot do. So Purple Royal Tourism LLC will not be responsible for any problems that happen when you use our services or when you cannot use them. This includes any problems, indirect problems or any other kind of problems that might happen. If you have a claim against us the most we will pay is what you paid us for the service that caused the problem. We will not pay more than that for the service, in question.

Indemnification

You have to protect Purple Royal Tourism LLC and its people like the directors and employees from any problems that you cause. If you do not follow these rules or if you break the law or if you hurt someone Rights you will have to pay for any trouble that this causes. This includes paying for any fees that Purple Royal Tourism LLC has to pay. You are responsible, for what you do. You have to make sure that Purple Royal Tourism LLC does not get in trouble because of you.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The rules we have to follow will be decided by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of Dubai. If the United Arab Emirates laws and the laws of Dubai have ideas about something we will follow both the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of Dubai. If someone has a problem with these rules they have to go to the Dubai Courts to solve it. The Dubai Courts are the ones who can make decisions about problems, with these rules.

Modification of Terms

Purple Royal Tourism LLC can change these terms whenever they want to without telling us. They will put the version on their website. If we keep using their services after they make changes that means we agree to the terms that Purple Royal Tourism LLC has made.
